I regret to inform everyone that Ashlynn did not win the book cover contest. She came home very broken hearted today, so we took her shopping! She usually hates that, but she got some new "comfy" pants (she takes after me!), which I'm positive she will wear to Italy and she got a watch. She's in better spirits now, but if you don't mind saying a little prayer for her I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. She is still a winner in my eyes. I believe she did an amazing job and I'm very proud of her. She is an amazing little girl.
Anyway - that's the news, better luck next time uh?

am sorry to hear she didnt win it I know how hard she worked on this but it is very beautiful and she did do a amazing job on it ~
Sorry she did not win...I know how that is,I have an 11 yr old and it breaks your heart to know how bad they want to win a contest and then don't.Maybe they just don't know talent when they see it!
