Sometimes they amaze me!
Since we have moved to England and put our children in the British schools they've been learning alot of new things. Of course who wouldn't moving to a new country, culture, and style of schooling? Well, before moving here Brier was not reading at all and since we've arrived his reading has jumped leaps and bounds and last night was a highlight that I must share with you! Brier was in his room, reading his book, rather than Dad reading it and Ashlynn come flying in my scrapbook room and said, "Do you hear him?" with major excitment all over her face and her eyes just completely lit up! Brier was reading with no troubles, no stumbles, and he did very good! When he was done reading she was jumping up and down, clapping, and saying "good job". Her enthusiasum for his progress was so important to him. He looks up to her so very much and I just pray she realizes how much. Because after they'd had gone to bed, he slipped back into my scrapbook room and said to me, "Ashlynn's so happy. I'm happy, her being so happy almost made a little tears in my eye". If only she heard him! It was so important to him that she was proud of him, that knowing she was, nearly brought my dear son to tears!!! He is so sweet sometimes. Anyway - Brier - we are all proud of you and we all love you! And I pray you never lose the ablility to share your feelings. And Ashlynn - thank you for encouraging and supporting your brother! You 2 amaze me sometimes! I love you!!!

That is so sweet! You rarely hear of siblings at that age being so supportive of each other. You're obviously doing something right in raising such sensitive and bright children.
