6 Days to Go, part 2

So would you like to know how the day went? haha I repacked the kids suitcases again! I washed a suitcase. I talked with my MIL about the meal for Sunday after Church. My daughter, Ashlynn is being baptized! And the football game starts at noon!! So time to celebrate and play!!!

David went and did some running around, had to drive all the way to Sedalia to return some jeans to J.C. Penny's, some errands at the bank, and went to Wal-Mart and bought me a jacket! Isn't he sweet? It's starting to get cool out here...and England is NORTH...so I might need to invest in such a thing called "sleeves". My "tanks" might get a break for a while.

When David got back my MIL and I went into Clinton to Walmart and got the needed groceries. It's so funny, I've been here nearly 2 months and haven't ran into a single person who knows me other than at the Rodeo...I've seen a few but they've not seen me, and now I'm leaving. haha. Kinda funny. I keep telling David I could work for the CIA or something.

I went to the Jewelry counter at Wal-Mart to get some cross earrings for my daughter and man, they were busy with only one lady working and she was trying to fix a watch a didn't see the line of customers and I noticed some were getting a bit irritated at their wait. So I said, "Excuse me, you got 3 people waiting over here" and she came right away and I told the ladies that were waiting that sometimes you just have to get their attention. Wrong thing to say I guess because the lady working got really upset with me and said, "was that really necessary?" She went on and on about it - I wasn't trying to hurt her feelings. I was more or less trying to save her from getting chewed out by the other ladies and I'm the one that got chewed on! What a mess uh? I thought so.

Oh and we found the movie FLYWHEEL, by the same people that did FACING THE GIANTS, it's not as good, but it's still good. It shows how much they've improved and I can't wait to see FIREPROOF! It comes out in theater on the 26th. I wonder if they have movie theaters in England? These people doing this movies are really doing an awesome thing and if you want to watch a good movie (family okay even) I recommend these!

And now it's way past bedtime and I've got to clear off the bed...so God Bless and goodnight!!!
