24 Days to Go...

Yep! I'm blogging early today!! Did ya kinda expect it? Well, since David will be arriving this evening I wanted to get this done and out the way, because sorry guys but I'd rather spend some time with my husband whom I've not seen in a month than to sit here and blog! :) That's just the way the cookie crumbles. He should probably arrive hopefully sometime around 10...that's HOPEFULLY. I've never been so excited to see him before, and we've done this thing before, we've even done this thing for 4 months at a time - and I was never this excited or this ready to have him home. What's up with that? Does moving overseas cause this? haha I don't know, but I can't wait to be in his arms...maybe it's because to me that's where home truly is.

Anyway - what are we up to today? Not alot. I cleaned up the bedroom, so it won't be a wreck when he gets here...not sure where we're going to put his suitcases! haha My MIL has been doing laundry, so I've been putting that away. Then I started another one of my sewing projects to try and get finished. The thing is I get to a certain point and it never fails I need help with something, but right now my MIL is laying down and she needs her rest, so I'll wait. Until then not sure what I'm gonna do. I've already gone to the store, gotten some more water bottles, pepsi, yogurt, and milk. Heck of a list uh? Stopped at the post office and then at the car wash to wash my Mom's car off...boy that thing was filthy! All these dirt roads - they sure make a mess out of a car - but man, there ain't nothing like them either! You know you're home when you see that red dirt road in veiw!

Now, I'm back here, the kids are attempting to catch a frog and I'm chatting with a friend and doing this blog. Already checked my email, nothing of major importance there. Had a good devotion this morning on God Talk or Gossip. Makes ya think? Are your words leading to God or Gossip? Sometimes I wonder myself.
